The cleaning service only emptied the trash and refilled some supplies but didn't make the bed. Breakfast also had flaws. Despite paying extra for it, our order got messed up multiple times. I got charged at the dining spot, and the staff couldn’t sort it out quickly. Additionally, quality could improve. my meal had burnt toast and wrong eggs. The bathroom lights were motion-activated, which was annoying since they’d turn off while I was in the shower. Overall, beautiful hotel with potential, yet needs some attention in cleaning and dining services.
